Group Fitness
Our club offers a wide variety of studio classes as well as Reformer Pilates, yoga, cycle classes, water aerobics, specialty classes and more.
Reservations are only required/available (and can be made below) for our Reformer Pilates classes as space is limited to four. The rest of our studio class offerings are walk-in only, simply show up to the assigned studio in our Fitness Center before class begins.

Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout that uses a Reformer machine to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. The Reformer machine is a piece of exercise equipment that includes a carriage, springs, ropes, and a footbar. The springs can be adjusted to provide resistance and support for a variety of exercises.
Reformer Pilates Sculpt
This is a total body session on the reformer that targets each muscle group to help tone and sculpt your body.
Complimentary Fitness Orientation
This is great for those looking to talk 1:1 with one of our personal trainers. Discuss goals, ask questions, and get started with your fitness journey. All levels.
