First Login Instructions

Primary member: use your member number as shown on your statement, including all zeros (0XXXX0).
Alternative member: use the same member number as shown on your statement with an A instead of 0 at the end (0XXXXA).  
First time password: use your last name, all lower-case letters. You will then be asked to create a new password.
