The Minneapolis Club Athletics Center has a Pilates studio with four reformers and certified Pilates instructors. We offer group and private sessions.

Reservations are required (and can be made below) for all reformer class formats as space is limited to four. As a courtesy to other members and to avoid a late cancel charge, please cancel your reservations at least 24 hours before class start time.

Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout that uses a Reformer machine to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. The Reformer machine is a piece of exercise equipment that includes a carriage, springs, ropes, and a footbar. The springs can be adjusted to provide resistance and support for a variety of exercises.
Reformer Pilates Sculpt
This is a total body session on the reformer that targets each muscle group to help tone and sculpt your body.
Private Pilates
A private 1:1 session with one of our certified Pilates instructors.
