Do you agree to the following Club Parking Contract Conditions?
Upon approval of contract, you understand that in the event this parking contract is terminated for any reason before full payment is made, you are nonetheless, obligated to pay any balance remaining in relation to this contract through the last day of the cancelation month. Monthly contracts are not prorated if a full month isn’t utilized or parking begins or ends in the middle of a month. This contract is non-transferable and solely for the individual signed below and for the vehicle registered on this form. Any vehicle changes must be reported directly to the ramp office immediately. Minneapolis Club assumes no responsibility for vehicle damage or lost/stolen items. Minneapolis Club issues monthly statements and bills all services in arrears. These statements will be emailed to you and are also available to view online. All contracts held by non-members require auto pay set up via credit card or ACH withdrawal. In the event of autopay failure, unpaid balances in excess of 60 days will incur late fees and the monthly contract will be subject to immediate cancelation. All other cancelations must be initiated by completing a cancelation form online on or before the 25th of the month for cancelation as of the final day of that month.
